Production and delivery
Please allow up to 2–3 days for your personalised jewellery to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Once ready, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier conditions and destination. Use our order-verification page to check your order details.
Personalised-item returns
Made-to-order pieces are created specifically from your selected size, finish and stones. For that reason, personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
Your purchase remains protected by our 2-Year Warranty. If your piece arrives damaged, differs from the configuration ordered or develops a manufacturing fault, contact hello@navalie.world with your order reference and clear photographs so our team can assist.
