Orders and personalisation

Please review product, finish, size, stone, address and contact selections carefully before placing an order. Personalised jewellery is made from those selections and cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Prices and promotions

Prices shown in the UK flow are in GBP unless stated otherwise. Under the 2FOR1 promotion, eligible paired pieces are compared automatically: the higher-priced item is charged and the lower-priced item is complimentary. One complimentary piece is available per eligible paid unit.

Production, delivery and returns

Current production and delivery estimates are displayed on product pages and in our Shipping & Returns information. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Warranty

Navalie jewellery includes the warranty stated on the relevant product page. The warranty applies to manufacturing faults and does not cover loss, accidental damage, misuse or ordinary wear.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. Product imagery, copy, branding and site content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
